Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Item

  Place the pillow securely in its original box or a standard shipping box, ensuring it is well-protected.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off & Receive Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
